They say music is in our soul, in the air and all around us and I agree. For me music sets the tone to my practice and magically complements my sequences as it allows my students to escape reality and take a ride with me. Music is a universal language, you can’t help but collectively feel its affection and impact on your mood. I carefully curate my playlists and am always hunting for new music, but it doesn’t mean anything if you can’t share the love.
